Package stuck at customs in China

Hello. Package I sent months ago has been stuck in customs. How can I or the receiver hasten the release of item ? Tracking is LH132316097US. This needs to be done ASAP.

Hi fff29,

It's not normal that it's still stuck at the customs. You need to let the receiver in China contact China Post or the customs to check what he needs to do to get it released.
