Tiffany Taulton
Green Workforce Development Strategist

Tiffany Taulton (she/her) is the Green Workforce Development Strategist at Dream.Org, where she builds partnerships that expand access to forestry, solar, EV, and green infrastructure jobs in Pittsburgh. For more than 15 years, she has led community-driven initiatives spanning housing, public health, parks, community gardens, and tree planting—projects rooted in equity and climate resilience.
Born in Pittsburgh and deeply connected to the Mon Valley—where her family’s story stretches from 1800s coal miners to 1900s steelworkers—she understands firsthand how the region’s industrial legacy has shaped the need for healthy, regenerative economic opportunity. That heritage inspires her commitment to bringing jobs that uplift both people and the planet.
She holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Georgetown University, bringing both academic training and community-rooted purpose to her work. Her commitment to sustainability is also reflected in her certifications as a Tree Tender, EcoDistricts Accredited Professional, Climate Reality Leader, and Permaculture Designer—credentials that support her passion for creating greener, healthier communities.
Outside of Dream.Org, she enjoys visiting national parks in the U.S. and abroad, and attending theater and dance performances.
