I sent back a package and it is still being held in customs since may 31 2021 tracking LH140075680US. Why is this still being held as I need the company to get this return so I can get my refund. Please release as this is just Halloween masks.

Hi scott,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
