Recruitment agencies play not the last role in this process by constant work at reduction of country’s unemployment rate. In addition, solid recruitment agencies in London are working to train job seekers. This is an important and necessary condition can not only maintain a sufficient level of qualification for applicants, but in some cases allows them to easily and quickly adapt to their new spheres of activity, and thus solve the problem with employment. Another important trend can be regarded as reducing unemployment among people aged 16-24. It may be an indication of employer’s activation that are looking for professionals with certain skills inherent in the people of this age group. For example, vacancy "personal assistant" in London remains relevant for a long time. As we know, this post requires such skills as the ability to quickly switch from task to task, to perform multiple tasks in a limited time, mobility, communication and others that are more typical for young people.
