"Rock climbing also called the mountain climbing is a sport activity that people called the climbers climb up the rock walls which being artificially made or natural rock mountains. The rock climbers take the climbing activity as a physically and mentally demanding sport. The climbing of rock involves climbing across or up to a rock root. The goal of mountain climbing is to reach the end point of the pre-defined route without falling. Who first reaches the end point without a falling is considered to be the winner of climbing sport. The natural rock walls climbing is more difficult than climbing the artificially made mountain walls because for an artificially made mountain wall the climbers know the rock roots and get more confidence of climbing that they know the fact that if they fell down form the rock root there will not come more injuries or such problems. When climbing a natural forest wall the climbers should take the necessary safety requirements o avoid causing accidents due to a fall. Like all other sport activities, mountain climbing competitions are performing with a group of expert climbers. These competitions have the objective of reaching the destination of climb root in the quickest possible time. Sometimes the competition focuses on completing the farthest along an ever increasingly harder route. The rock climb activity has the main differentiation is the use of hands to support the climbers full body weight and thus to support their body for a balance. Before participate in the mountain climbing activity one will test the climber’s strength, endurance, mental control, balance and ability. That means when the rock routes get higher off the ground the risk of causing injuries increasing, the climber should adjust and control him to climb to more heights without falling or get scared of climbing. Once the climber gets scared of climbing to more heights he/she can’t go further. Take the necessary precautions for climbing is a must along with testing the fitness of a climber. There are a verity of specialized climbing equipments and techniques available for additional safety. When climb to rock roots the climbers usually utilize a system of ropes and anchors to catch the falls. The ropes help the climbers to hang on and climb to more heights. The rope used should be strong enough to support the body weight of the climber when hanging and save them from falling. The fear of heights and climb to big mountain routes are the places of natural human fear, especially for beginners. Experts in mountain climbing know the tips of how to climb the rock routes without falling and reach the destination fast. But for a beginner in the filed of climbing industry will not have the awareness of climbing fast and without a fall. To get exposure on mountain climbing there are many places which provide training on climbing small rock routes. Climbing through small rock routes help the climbers to get both the confidence and experience to climb to long rock routes. "
