The thickness or the number of pages is also common question when it comes to notepad printing. My answer for this issue is: “it depends”. For promotional notepads or field notepads, it might be good to go for less pages and thinner setups. Promotional notepads just need a few pages to hem in their marketing message, while in field notepads it may be best to save those extra pages in the event that the notepads get exposed to harsh environments and situations. However, if you are printing custom notepads for use indoors at the office or for personal letters, then the thicker the better so that you will have a lot of pages per batch of notepads. It is that simple. Proper notepad sizes? The notepad size is usually determined by its main purpose. Of course, if you plan on writing letters and printing important documents in those notepads, then it is best to print them in standard letter sized or other commercial formats. You only need to make those notepads small if it is a special notepad for promotional purposes, or if it is a field notepad that needs to be mobile and easily carried. So think hard and try to determine what is the most useful size for your color notepads. Proper paper materials? The materials to use in notepad printing again directly relates to the purpose of your custom notepads. If you are going to use them to impress people, then the higher quality paper materials are best used for printing so that your notepad designs come out well. If those notepads are for practical work it is best to use durable paper materials to make them more useful. Of course is if you are just printing custom notepads for fun, you might want to lay off spending too much and just use the basic paper materials for notepad printing.
